The 2010 Quaife MSA British Rallycross Championship is pleased to announce a renewed Television deal that will see the championship return to the prestigious Motorsport TV channel which is Motors TV and also the hugely popular terrestrial station Channel 4.
Selected rounds of the championship will enjoy a return to live coverage following the two pilot rounds in 2009 at Lydden Hill and Mallory. This will see Motors TV taken over for an entire afternoon ensuring that the ‘settee’ fans of Rallycross will get their fix and ensure that the coverage is available to a more widespread audience.

All eight rounds will appear on MotorsTV during primetime slots shortly after the events have taken place. The deal further strengthens ties with the major championship as this will be the fourth year in succession it has appeared on Motors TV.
The Channel 4 deal is based on a plan to cover the eight-event championship in four programmes, the first of which is scheduled to review rounds one and two.
Each show will be filmed by Hayfisher who carried out the filming for the 2008/9 championships. There will be five cameras placed around each circuit along with on-board footage produced from in-car cameras to ensure that no action is missed. Also expect to see driver interviews and footage from around the paddock and spectator areas.
Motors TV is available on SKY, channel 413 and Virgin Media channel 545. The TV channel is currently available in ten million homes in the UK and sixteen million homes globally.
